Being able to connect with nature and being able to get in-tuned with all 5 senses is a great way to detoxify and rid daily challenges, job demands, and other related stressors in your life. Exercises like the "Grounding Technique" can be done outdoors whether you're sitting in the backyard, doing yoga, or simply walking and taking in all that the beautiful scenery has to offer. The Grounding Technique can be done daily or when you become overly anxious or experiences other mood challenges.
